I have called on Moses multiple times over the past five years to fix appliances that I wasn't sure we're going to be able to be fixed! He has been absolutely wonderful and has fixed appliances from microwaves, electric stoves to washers and dryers! He is honest in his assessment and reasonable.

STAY AWAY FROM MOSES! Look at the number of 1 star reviews from other customers. He came to our property to look at our fridge. Told me it's likely a sensor and you seem capable to install on your own. He charged me $75 for a diagnostic fee. He did seem fair at our first meeting and trying to save us money by allowing me to perform the repair on my own. I paid him $75 all he did was open the fridge and give an opinion didn't even use a multi-meter. First red flag he is not competent. I'm an electrician but I know you need to ohm out a suspected defective sensor<br><br>After replacing the sensor the fridge stopped working again. I bought the OEM part direct from the manufacturer. Now he refuses to come look at it again after I informed him the diagnosis is wrong. I told him I'll pay him to repair it but he kept saying I need to get paid for another diagnosis. I told him I am paying for a repair not another BS diagnosis. He is not capable of repairing just want to charge for incorrect di

You chose to not pay to reassemble correctly and after making<br>additional repairs yourself including buying your own parts you expected our company to find original problem and rearrange your unsuccessful repair. <br>We do not warranty your unsuccessful repairs

I appreciated how Moses quickly responded to our diagnostic with our used gifted GE Adora Series Fridge. He walked us literally step by step with what we needed to do to connect our fridge and even suggested options with some accessories that were needed to have a complete fridge. He also kept in touch to make sure we follow through and was willing to offer a video conference call to make sure that I install the water line which I wanted to do myself. Thank you!
