  If you're looking for a pest control company you can truly trust, I highly recommend Next Generation Pest Control. Russell was an absolute blessing to work with. From the very beginning, you could tell he genuinely cares about people and isn't just there to do a job. He's kind, honest, extremely fair, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.<br><br>We were dealing with a stressful rodent problem, and Russell helped us tremendously. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. It's rare to find someone with such a strong work ethic and such a genuinely good heart.   Russell was very responsive whenever I called him about a Yellowjacket issue in the Spring and again in the fall when we had Raccoons nesting on our roof. He was upfront with costs which were reasonable but also offered remedies to prevent these pests issues in the future. He made sure the jobs were done right and 100%. I hope we don't have any rodent or pest issues in the future but I will call Russ without hesitation.

  Russell is absolutely awesome! I reached out to him about a mouse in my apartment, expecting the usual runaround and a big bill. Instead, he was completely upfront and honest with me. He walked me through exactly what I needed to do on my own and didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. That kind of honesty is rare these days.<br><br>On top of that, he's extremely personable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and just how down-to-earth he was. If you're looking for someone who actually cares and won't rip you off, Russell's your guy.

  Russell came by today. I was panicked! I had ants. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. His prices are fair as well. I highly and enthusiastically recommend him!

  Russell is amazing at fighting those nasty pests and rodents! He is very knowledgeable and does not rip you off at all like the other companies. I highly recommend using Next Gen Pest Control. You won't regret it!
