We've been using outside Precise for about 4 years now and they are the absolute best!<br><br>Jose and Ricky are the two who usually come to my house and they are very nice. Both of them are great at explaining why you have a problem and the best solution, while also offering alternatives.<br><br>We haven't had any issues since using Precise and that is the way I like it! Highly recommend for both their pest control and customer service.

We were using one of the big companies for pest control and had issues with responsiveness and billing problems.<br><br>We are in the process of selling a house and needed a termite treatment done as soon as possible before the closing.<br><br>I found Precise on the internet and emailed them, they contacted me very quickly. They scheduled an appointment to check out the property within a day and scheduled the actual treatment as soon as they could.<br><br>I met with them yesterday, they showed up on time, did the treatment and just overall it was a great experience.<br><br>If we have any issues at my primary house, I will be calling them instead of the big company.

In a world of big national brands like Orkin and Terminex that offer little personal service and high prices, I'm so happy that I spent time and researched for the best local pest control companies in Bergen County. After hours of research and calls, I selected Precise Pest Control of NJ. I had called a few others, but they never got back to me in a timely manner or had the flexibility to meet with me during weekends or evening hours. Don Hemberger, the owner was a complete professional during our first meeting and really cared about our needs for treatment, especially with two toddlers in the house. Precise Pest had 25 years experience in the marketplace and in selecting them I now had someone local that I could now count on.<br><br>That was 3 years ago and I'm as happy today as I was then.
