  This is the condition the apartment was rented to us in. And the most important thing is that the company manager saw the condition it was in a few hours before we moved in and did nothing about it. And for the first few days I had to clean up after someone. I also found someone's fingernail in the bathroom cabinet It has to be replaced for the new one but I still didn't get a reply from the company about it

  Managed to survive two changes in ownership and three separate Supers in my time here. Skyline has a sister apartment complex called Boulevard Apts about two or three miles up the main drag. The manager of BOTH complexes resides there. To wit, there is NO onsite daily manager at Skyline in the rental office. This is a huge detriment. As is getting repairs done if your texts go ignored. The apartments, at least mine, are small. Mine is designated as a large one-bedroom apartment but it's the size of a postage stamp, with insufficient closet space for two people. The Super in the complex is Jekyll and Hyde. Very friendly when inside the apartment, but won't give you the time of day if you encounter him on the grounds of the complex. And parking is a major headache. There aren't enough reserved spaces for all of the cars (you get charged an extra $50 a month for a reserved space). Ergo, a number of cars are forced to park in the fire lanes or on the street, and are subject to getting tick

  Don't let the two star on this place fool you..... it's actually worst. This the most ghetto place I ever lived. Management office is unresponsive, I went almost two weeks without hot water. If you have any issues on this property good luck because the management office isn't going to do anything to help you. Stay away from this place it has 2 stars for a reason.

  Worse place I've ever lived... Ever! Noise from every angle of our apartment. Our children can't take naps during the day without there being some type of noise somewhere. And we usually can't put them to bed before 9-10 because of constant noise. Rodent issues where the exterminator usually doesn't come until 5 days after you reported seeing one. And this is just a couple of the issues we have. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
