  I have lived at 101 Terrace for as long as 12 years. The supers keep the building spotless. Inside and Out is always clean. The maintenance is also really great. All in all, this is a amazing place to live.

  Whenever I visit my cousin I am always so impressed with everything about this building, most importantly the management Patricia and Marvin are always in great spirits and so polite and helpful. They are so kind, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds are impeccably maintained in and out. You can tell Patricia and Marvin take great pride in the job they do. The location is close to shopping and transportation and is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Terrace Ave apartments if you're looking for a beautiful well built and maintained building with an AMAZING SUPERINTENDENT.

  I've lived here for 6 years and each year has been better. Goldberg Realty is a great management company and Marv and Pat, the supers, are ultra-professional, kind, and take so much pride in their residence. If you like pre-war architecture, It's by far the nicest apartment option in this area of Bergen County. My family has been in HH for over 100 years and regardless if I ever need to move or buy a house, I hope to keep this apartment for the rest of my life.<br><br>They are strict on their smoking and pet policy, if you have a dog that barks a lot, best not to move here.
