  We sold ourhome and moved in about 1 month ago so far so good. Darcel has been very responsive to our needs. The freezer wasn't working when we moved in a replacement was issued right away. A penny wound up in the garbage disposal and that two was addressed quickly. The building is very clean and indoor noise is minimal. There are plenty of dogs but the grounds are always clean.The location is excellent 1 long block away from rt 4.<br><br>6 years later Great place to live! Very professional and efficient staff and excellent Outstanding location and amenities!

  I've been living here for more than a year now but have had the worst experience after all. I had my car towed at least 6 times until today. When I first leased out my apartment last year, I asked if they have enough parking spaces and if it's necessary to purchase an indoor parking spot. The leasing agent clearly stated that they have more than enough spaces for everyone so I didn't think purchasing a parking space was needed. When I was getting my car towed here and there due to limited space, I went to the office and said that I'd like to purchase a spot but the lady said they were over capacity at the moment so they couldn't give me one. Meanwhile, the apartment and the Aumm Aumm restaurant that shares the parking lot keep their vans parked in one spot for months and months which leaves the residents with even more limited space. The management emails all residents and let us know that any vehicle parked in one spot for more than 3 nights will be subject to get towed at resident's

  I already posted the review a few month ago. I'd like to add something else that I think it's very important.<br><br>Very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. The maintenance team used strong chemicals while servicing the AC, and since then the air quality in the apartment has been terrible. It has made it difficult to breathe and caused major discomfort, which is very concerning from a health and safety standpoint.<br><br>The service staff (Mike) was also rude and dismissive when we raised concerns about the issue. Instead of helping, he acted unprofessionally and showed little concern for residents.<br><br>Management seriously needs to improve both maintenance practices and customer service before more tenants are affected.<br><br>There is not a luxury apartment complex at all. The rent is very high but quality of living is very poor. There are too many maintenance problem that I experienced living in my apartment and building (41) in general: AC, roof leak, broken f

  This apartment isn't a great option for people who work from home. Due to a policy where they can't turn on the AC before May 1st, the indoor temperature spiked to 92degF. When I asked for a solution, their only response was to bring a doctor's note. I have a cat at home, and it got so hot that my cat started panting...<br><br>The management office is also frustrating; their email responses are always delayed, or I just get "out of office" auto-replies.<br><br>Despite all that, I renewed because I love the neighbors and the vibe of the place--and luckily, I don't work from home
