  Lived there for ~2 years. I'll give a very honest review so you know exactly what you're getting into.<br><br>Cleanliness<br><br>Move-in condition was not acceptable. Vents were filthy, and the machinery room had trash from previous tenants (plastic bottles, baby food packaging). That's basic stuff that should never happen.<br><br>The dog park is consistently dirty, especially in winter. Combine that with residents not picking up after their dogs, and it gets bad--really bad. During summer, flies everywhere. You can't use it comfortably.<br><br>Vents across the building visibly look like they have mold. I can't prove the full extent, but based on what I've seen (and what neighbors reported during repairs), I highly doubt they are regularly cleaned.<br><br>Trash management is one of the worst parts. The compactor is too small, so it's frequently out of service. Management's solution was to charge residents $25/month and have someone collect trash from the hallway between ~5-9 PM. Result

  Today, I had a wonderful experience with EVO Facility Management. Don the service manager and his assistant technician Bryan, exemplified peak professionalism. They were clean and quick in their delivery. It would be a pleasure to do future business with them.
