  Great area, but not worth renting here! The walls are thin. The water bill is through a 3rd party company which means you have to pay the service charge and hope your bill is legit, which it clearly is not. I had to leave my lease early due to job change. They do not care when this life change happens and said I was responsible for rent whether I lived there or not until it got leased; which I did understood but the way he emailed me about it was rude. They leased it very fast at the end of June just weeks after I told them. They cashed my July rent check and then said I had to get my stuff out ASAP as in a few days notice because they had the new renter. I never got any portion of July rent back when they had a tenant in there on July 3 the day I got my belongings out. I know the new tenant paid full July rent because he bought some of my furniture and we clearly spoke. The communications you get via email are unprofessional and sometimes rude.   New luxury building. Very quiet and beautifully maintained. High end appliances, granite countertops. Neighbors are all kind and considerate. Comfort safety and convenience. Best value in the area.

  I've been living in this building over 8 months. Here are my thoughts:<br>What I don't like:<br>-Apartments are one bedroom (plus useless den) and they are very tiny. There is no laundry within the units but a common laundry room on the first floor. After considering the apartment has no extra features, the rent is very expensive compared to the dwellings within the area.<br>-There is not a management office where you can stop by to discuss when any issue arises. So, when there is a problem in the unit, you have to send an e-mail to the landlord which leads to longer time periods to get problems solved.<br>-Walls are very thin that will make you hear every noise (dog, music) from the adjacent unit and foot steps from the above unit.<br>-There is no storage in the building, nor is there any space to put your bicycle.<br><br>What I like here:<br>-Convenient location, close to library and high school.<br><br>Overall, this place doesn't worth what you pay for. I'm happy that I'll be moving
