  The worst place to waste your money<br>Do not try even to rent an apartment here<br>Roofs leaking and mouse everywhere and the lady by the office Gloria do nothing and very rude, about the super forget about it he know nothing and if you ask him for anything he tell you speak to Gloria!!!!<br>The city need to look for this place it's really horrible<br>Windows are very old<br>Floor is broken<br>They just care about your payment

  Old run down buildings. After you rent 3 months later everything falls apart. The Super is some Cranky old geezer who can't fix anything and runs away when you tell him you need repairs. They need to re-paint the parking spot lanes. All the paint is faded away. Illegal parking, no parking, drug addicts, bad cheap repairs and Giant roaches. Tons of noise. The list is endless. This refers to section 1 and 7 areas. DON'T MOVE HERE !!!

  i'm living with my family in apartment 425 i for three years. Every time when is reign water coming in to my kids bedroom it's look like a river. Tell Super couple of times nothing get done.I got mouse,spiders and ants in the apartment I asked for exterminator nothing happened.Apartment very old. The rent apartment in top of me to some crazy people making noise from 12 midnight To 4 o'clock in the morning, Every day I called police couple times stop for couple days but still going on. I called the office spoke with lady named Gloria very rude lady. And still nothing get done. I am moving Out from the apartment this month. They telling me I cannot move because they're going to hold my deposit.
