They wasted my time over a simple repair that took about two months--maybe even a little longer--because they didn't know how to fix my car. They also lost the key needed to unlock the wheel's security nut. To top it all off, on the last day I went in to have my wheel installed, they didn't secure it properly; the wheel was on the verge of coming off because they hadn't tightened the lug nuts sufficiently. This could have easily led to an accident, as it was the front wheel on the passenger side.

Easy shop to get in and out of and the shop was in constant contact with me via texts/emails letting me know how the process was moving along. Friendly staff and super easy access into and out of the shop area.
