I don't understand why they don't take the signs down for this place. It feels a little deceiving to still advertise quick lane when it doesn't exist anymore. Went here for an oil change and after an hour and 20 mins had to grab my car back because the hood wasn't even popped and I had to get back to work. I told the lady Cecilia that I had to get back to work and wasn't aware they didn't do quick lane anymore. I wasn't looking for a 20 min job but to know that the hood still wasn't open after 80 mins was wild. She laughed and said no, we don't do quick lane anymore. Just wanted to put this out there to help anyone traveling there thinking the quick lane services still exist.

Had may oil change this week. Going to question if everything was done properly and if everything checked off on was actually inspected. The red flag here are my tires PSI. I specifically asked if they could check my tires because they were not balanced. The technician noted the tires all read 35 psi and my tires tread depth were all 7 however this is inaccurate. I came in with my tires tread psi at 37/36/37/35 and my tires are 2 months old with a tread depth is 9. My fluid is always low after i leave their services. Now they are asking for a coolant flush at 45k miles? Makes no sense. I told the service desk guy that i always walk away feeling my car was not taken care of. I feel they are taking advantage of customers and not doing their job properly. I have been stupidly loyal. Feel unsafe. Was my oil change actually even done?
