We are offering a first week free trial, with no commitment. Tiny Tigers: ages 3.5 - 5 Tiny Tigers not only learn martial arts but also develop flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength. They'll also learn how to take directions, wait their turn, and embrace all the basic yet most important aspects of becoming a black belt. Beginners: ages 5+ Classes include martial arts, kickboxing, fitness, balance and strength training. Additionally, we incorporate interactive games into our sessions to keep children engaged. Children with disorders are welcome! Teens and Adults: Age 13 and up No previous experience is required. Classes include self-defense, kettlebell strength training, cardio workouts, Kali sticks, kickboxing, and much more.

This class is horrible, they teach good stuff but it's useless In a real fight, Master Joe is really biased to the students and I understand that when they're doing something they should be doing and okay but he should not yell at them for the same thing the other students are doing.

To maintain a safe and focused environment for everyone on the mat, I hold all students to the exact same behavioral standards. When any student disrupts the class or has difficulty following instructions, I will ask them to sit out so the rest of the class can continue to train safely. Fantastic school and coach. Master Joe is great with kids and so is his assistant Miss Madison. My 5 year old girl looks forward to karate. Would highly recommend this Sidekicks!

Been bringing my kids here for over a year now and they love the classes even more than when they first started. Master Joe is an exceptional teacher and is very good teaching the kids. I'm impressed with my kids advancements at each belt test. Looking forward to many more years here!
