Update:<br>I have since learned that Xcel Tae Kwon Do is unaffiliated with Kukkiwon or any other international recognized Taekwondo organization or certification board. So all belts achieved at this school are not recognized by any governing body of the martial art.<br><br>Original Review (April 2025):<br>As someone who both attended and taught classes here for almost 15 years. This studio has seen better days. Master Lee has become very disconnected from his students, even going so far as to say some are not worth putting effort into. He is hemorrhaging adult staff members and his teen staff's toxic behavior is an actual liability with how they use their positions to harass other students. Years ago this was the best studio in the area but I can no longer recommend it to any looking for a quality martial arts education.
