Used certified relocation solutions for a move to a new city about 3 months ago! I've moved quite a few times and this is the best moving experience I've ever had. I've had nightmare experiences with companies before so I was very hesitant to work with a moving company but I am so glad I did. The team was diligent and worked fast. Mike was a great team leader. They were able to get my entire move done in less time than we predicted which was a feat moving from a 1st floor apartment to a 3rd floor walk in on a very warm day. Thank you all so much for your hard work and assistance!

After the initial estimate and communications with the owner, I had high hopes for this transaction. I was originally told there'd be 6 or 7 guys on the move. There was 5 and yes, there was 5 listed in the final contract, but I didn't see it, and I also don't second, guess experts at their job even the Foreman said there should have been more guys there. They started at 9:30 in the morning, didn't leave the house. We moved to until 3:30 the next day in the morning after that. I called regarding a broken grill. And since they pay a dollar per pound I assumed I would get it replaced or fixed, I texted the Foreman, and I texted the owner About five days ago or more never heard back from either one of them...<br>when they were looking for my business, the owner returned text immediately now that they've been paid, which cost about 2000 more than the original estimate I'm ghosted, so turned out to be another typical moving company experience..

I highly recommend this company. Joe was very honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated receiving a fair and realistic quote without any pressure or hidden costs. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days, and their honesty really stood out. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!

The estimate was much lower than the actual cost. Travel was never factored into the cost and it was almost double the estimate. Also, once I finally moved out of the storage unit that they put everything in I found a few things broken.

Everyone from over the phone to in person was amazing. All information and pricing was transparent, the team was fast clean and organized! As a father of 3 things get pretty challenging and it was a huge relief to have a great company come in and get things done. Thank you guys and especially to Angelo for coordinating everything from day one !!!!! Will be using you guys again in the future.
