  My experience at Bergen Optometry was by far the best. From the reception staff to Dr. Brody to the nice young lady who assisted with picking out our glasses. I will for sure recommend this office to all friends and Family.

  I have no star ...<br>My experience in this practice has been the worse. The front welcoming receptions is extremely hostile unprofessional and she should not be allowed to be working as a service person. I've never seen unprofessionalism at its worst. My 10 year old daughter Miabella has been recommended by her school in Haworth N J for eye glasses. The first eye doctor was unable to identified her vision situation after dilating her eye with medicine. she recommended for another doctor to repeat the medication at another time and of course the same results and they try to charge me again. Overall, the doctor did nothing but ask Mia to read a few lines and said she had no issues but need for reading glasses. I was charged $5,200k as my insurance send me the bill. I paid $49 and was ask again for another $49. I also ask for my daughter measurements for her glasses and the biller took the measurements and said that it's not necessary and just wrote the numbers in the rx. These are horri

  She has an excellent bed side manner with kids. My 9 yr old went in for a routine eye exam and she found some underlying problem that we are tackling now. Grateful for her expertise and thoroughness.

  My appointment with Dr Brody was the best eye doctor visit I have ever experienced! Dr. Brody was amazing and I really appreciated how loving, caring and patient she was. The staff was also wonderful and made me feel as if I was the most important person in the office. If you need an eye doctor near Hackensack, go visit Dr Brody at Bergen Optometry, you won't be disappointed!
