  1 Star<br>Worst experience with Budget Truck Rental. They didn't have the truck I reserved, and the replacement truck didn't even have a key. Customer service was also unhelpful and had an attitude. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Never again!

  Booked a reservation with my credit card from the morning. was excused from work and took an Uber when I got there the lady said they have no vehicles . not even an apology

  Rebooked here after another location cancelled my truck, called twice and had corporate call because they wouldn't pick up to verify truck was there. Had to go in person and the lady was just sitting in the office. Gave me attitude and kept asking me to talk to customer service which I had already did 3 times. Ended up telling her to cancel it all and took my business to U-Haul because they still didn't have my truck. They do NOT guarantee your reservation at Budget.

  The customer service is awful. The woman kept disappearing while doing my paperwork. Took almost an hour to get the paperwork. Then was told it's a brand new truck. It was filthy inside.<br>After returning I have been unable to locate my credit card. No one answers any phone number there. The number keeps going to Budget and they can't do anything to help. Awful experience. The most unfriendly person ever working there. She should find a position non customer facing.

  Absolutely the WORST experience i have had with a car service and THE WORST customer service.<br>I pre booked for a standard moving van The night before...I showed up to the budget Lodi location to find the LIGHTS OUT and DOOR LOCKED AT 1:40pm..<br><br>I STOOD OUTSIDE for 10 minutes calling customer service who was as useless as a rock..they told me they could not contact the lodi location and "didn't know what to do."<br><br>Luckily ,the worker decided to unlock the door after she finished whatever she was doing..most likely on the phone.<br><br>After a good 10 minutes of her moving as slow as possible i got the van..The 1 STAR is for The VAN working perfectly.<br><br>On my return the door was open, yet not an employee in sight.. after 5 minutes of yelling "hello?" And knocking on doors she came out talking on her phone...I didn't even get a have a nice day or thank you. I will never use this location again<br><br>AS a CUSTOMER SERVICE worker i find this behavior highly offensive. If

  I have been trying to call this Lodi location for weeks. Emailing and trying to get a response because I had a couple of questions. Not even the customer service department from budget could get through. I arrived today to pick up my rental and I couldn't rent any one of them because all the trucks and vans were damaged and unsafe to drive. She offered me a 16 foot truck which I have no use for and can't park a commercial vehicle of that size where I live. She was very short and just awful way of communicating. The place smelled funny too. Now I am off to another location and paying another $25 uber ride to rent the vehicle I was supposed to get. Renters, stay away from this place just like everyone else here have mentioned.
