Great experience all around. I needed a rental last minute to pick up a toolbox, and they were able to help me out with no problem. The whole process was quick and easy, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Pat especially was awesome and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely a 10/10 experience and they've earned a customer for life. I'll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental!

Did send me out an email of a balance of $22.02 days ago and today they charge my card of $136. Definitely not trustworthy people.

It's not about the trucks, actually. It's about the people who work here.<br><br>Today, during the crazy flooding in the Hackensack area, something didn't sound right while I was driving, so I pulled into this parking lot to check my car. I had my two little kids with me and was pretty worried.<br><br>As I was looking at the car, three amazing guys came out to help. They took the time to inspect it with me and were able to do a temporary fix so I could safely drive home.<br><br>They were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time. I'm so thankful that this happened to be where I stopped. Thank you so much for your kindness. You made a stressful situation so much better!
