  I just had a very unpleasant experience during my visit. I asked a question but felt completely ignored. It felt like I was being dismissed. Even the female staff were as unfriendly as the doctor.<br>I've never been to a clinic that treats patients with such disrespect--it was truly shocking.<br>This doctor is extremely unprofessional and cheap. I do not recommend this place, 100%.<br>Please do your research before visiting.

  Terrible experience. Dr Jee is not good with kids, has no patience. Don't bother going to his practice!

  My daughters both have been patients of Dr. Jee for 12 years. The last few years have been horrible with the front line staff and they give conflicting information regarding payment, answers to questions when you call them and are rude and outright nasty telling you what you as the customer have to do. You can't even pay a bill electronically and I have been told that if I pay over the phone to pay them quickly that I will incur a fee. They even gave me a problem paying with my HSA card. Most recently, I called to have my kids documents sent to their new eye doctor because they are so rude and do not want to deal with them anymore. They gave me a hard time and SOOGI at the office told me I had to apologize to her for raising my voice and she wasn't sending the file to the new eye doctor. I did say to put the doctor on the phone to which she declined. The doctor may be nice but it's unfortunate that his staff is so rude and doesn't care about his patients and they must be given the powe

  I called for an appointment during an emergency, the office manager who happens to be married to Dr. Jee refused to give me an appointment. I hope they learn from this mistake and put patients first.
