  Worst experience we've ever had. Took my three kids in in the summer of 2025, one wears glasses and the other two do not. The prescription that I was given had one kid's name on it (the one that doesn't wear glasses) and when I ordered glasses online for the kid that does wear glasses which were expensive (!!) - the prescription was very very off, he couldn't see anything at all out of the glasses. I took him right away to another eye doctor who confirmed that the prescription is very far off from what he needs and it's almost as if a different child's prescription was inserted. NOTHING like what he wore before or what he needed. I called the office and the staff kept trying to challenge what I'm saying that maybe the new doctor wasn't a pediatric one - but my son is 14 and can SPEAK and tell me when he sees and cannot see and with the new glasses - he saw perfectly. Long story short - they took no responsibility and couldn't care less about the fact that I spent money on glasses which

  While I have no personal experience with the doctor, my review is based solely on my interaction with the office manager. I am a medical professional who called with questions regarding a significant change in a prescription. When I attempted to seek clarification, the manager raised her voice, questioned my right to ask about the change, and repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to explain my concerns. She ultimately hung up on me, even after I requested to speak with the doctor or someone in a supervisory role.<br><br>Dr. Jee, I respectfully urge you to consider hiring a manager who demonstrates professionalism, effective communication skills, and an ability to work respectfully with both patients and medical professionals.

  Staff was extremely unfriendly on the phone. Was rushing and curt with me on all answers when inquiring about services and appointment. Call made on 10/22/25 at 9:10am.

  If you are considering this office for your young child, please reconsider. Overall, the staff is not kid-friendly and consistently impolite to everyone. They are cold and treat young kids like adults. Eye exams can be scary for young children, and they always leave with unpleasant and uncomfortable experiences.<br><br>Unfortunately, the doctor is even worse--unfriendly, cold, and rude. The doctor seems to dislike young children, which makes me wonder why he chose PEDIATRIC eyecare as his specialty. My child was a patient here for two years, and I finally decided to go elsewhere after enduring such negative experiences. It is not worth paying the bills for this type of care.
