I started going to The Core Room for Emsculpt Neo after having a baby, mainly to focus on my abs and obliques, and it honestly made such a difference. Postpartum core recovery is hard, and this really helped me feel strong and confident again.<br><br>The staff is super friendly and explains everything clearly without making it feel overwhelming. I never felt uncomfortable or judged, which mattered a lot to me postpartum. The sessions are quick and easy -- you just lie there while your core gets an intense workout.<br><br>I noticed changes pretty quickly, especially in my waist and obliques. My core felt stronger, more connected, and visibly more toned -- and I ended up going down two dress sizes, which was huge for me after having a baby.<br><br>The space is clean, calm, and easy to get in and out of, which is perfect when you're juggling a baby and life.
