I've been seeing Jeff for a number of years, and he is truly exceptional at what he does. He has an incredible understanding and feel for the body, along with an intuitive sense of exactly what's needed each time. He knows where to focus, how much pressure to use, and seems to find areas that need attention without me even having to point them out. His work is thoughtful, skilled, and genuinely therapeutic. I always leave feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend Jeff!

This was the massage that I needed! Jeff was fantastic and really catered to my areas of pain. Home studio was very warm and welcoming. Overall great value.

What an amazing massage! Jeff really knows what he is doing and is very professional. He zeroed in on my areas of stress, and after my massage, my chronic neck pain felt so much better. His in-home studio was very relaxing and calming. Overall a wonderful experience at a reasonable price!

Shire Wellness was an awesome experience! The massage was incredible but that along with the relaxing and clean environment made it one of the best massages I've received. I will be returning!!

I absolutely love my experience at Shire. The environment is so relaxing and peaceful and the level of detail that they go to in order to make you feel at peace is exceptional. Geoff is an absolute master. He truly listens and feels where you need the most relief. I had such an incredibly relaxing massage. He truly has a gift and you can tell he is highly experienced with a whole range of people. Personally, I always have shoulder and middle back attention and he is the only person that I can go to. That is the perfect blend of pressure and gentleness. Highly highly recommend.
