  Ryan helped us buy our home after we moved to Connecticut this summer. He was a tremendous resource for us and helped us achieve a great result! He was responsive when we wanted to tour homes and was the perfect guide for getting us through the closing process.   We had a great experience working with Ryan. He took time to get to know us and helped us find our dream property. Ryan helped ensure a smooth path to closing by connecting us with an inspection company and an insurance agent. Ryan worked with the seller's realtor throughout the process, ensuring a smooth transaction. The house required several repairs, all coordinated by Ryan. He communicates well and is very responsive. Ryan patiently explained the septic system (which is new to us) and other important topics for first-time home buyers. Ryan held our hand throughout the process, always ready with a kind word, joke, or advice. We highly recommend Ryan!

  Ryan is a truly good soul, for so many reasons:<br><br>* He's local to Bethel<br>* He'sright up the road so that's hyper local, he knows this area intimately<br>* He's honest, straightforward, totally trustworthy, and truly caring -- not out to make a buck at the expense of anyone he advises<br>* He's been in our home, attic, basement, yard, and barn, has seen it all and pulled no punches in his advice<br>* He's given us advice that's helping us pay down our mortgage quickly with no major financial hits<br>* He's given us market advice (and still is) that's been super helpful re making decisions as to when/if to sell, what to do re selling -- and so easily understandable!<br>* He's knowledgeable about other markets/locations that might work for us<br><br>I could go on and on but I'll just finish with this: Meet him in person and you'll immediately know what I mean.<br><br>Thank you, Ryan -- we truly appreciate you, more than we can say!

  Ryan was our realtor for our recent move and was nothing short of exceptional. He was upfront and honest which I truly appreciated. This was our first time selling and he took the time to come out to explain the whole process before we signed on with him.
