  Kim did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. Her expertise and friendly, calming approach were key throughout the process. She had many connections and made it easy for us to get our home ready for sale quickly. Our goal was to sell after one open house, and Kim successfully met that goal--ultimately selling our home for over the asking price. We couldn't have made a better choice. Kim listened to our needs and delivered every time. We are confident that we made the right decision in having Kim represent us and sell our property.

  If you're looking for a realtor who is honest, genuine, and truly has your best interests at heart, I can't recommend Kim enough! From the very beginning, she made us feel like we were her top priority. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always took the time to answer every question we had.<br><br>What stood out the most was how real and transparent Kim was throughout the entire process. She never tried to sell us a house just to make a sale. Instead, she was honest about every property we looked at--the good, the bad, and the things we needed to consider.
