Zero stars if I could.<br>I'm extremely disappointed with Twins Towing. I had contacted them previously about towing my car to a shop and was told that one day's notice was all they needed. I texted them yesterday morning, and they confirmed the tow.<br><br>This morning at 9:00 AM, when it was time for the tow, I texted and called multiple times and got absolutely no response. If they couldn't make it or something changed, the least they could have done was communicate that with me.<br><br>I relied on their confirmation and was left waiting with no explanation and no way to reach anyone. Very frustrating and completely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Twins Towing.

Twins towing is the best towing company that I've encountered. Called the number Nassar gave me a quick quote and took care of the rest didn't even have to go to the dealer! Really cool really professional and really nice. Twins towing is the only towing company I will call.
