Tumino's Towing has been in business for over 35 years. Our headquarters are located at our Ridgefield Park facility and we have additional locations in Teaneck, Perth Amboy, Elizabeth, Bayonne, Westampton, and most recently North Bergen. Tumino has extensive experience in heavy towing and emergency recovery with an outstanding safety record. We continue to invest in our fleet of tractors, trailers, and all of our equipment each year adding capacity to keep up with customer demand. Predatory towing company. Prices are outrageous. Try to avoid towing big rigs with these people. They ALWAYS have a nasty attitude when your trying to resolve and pay a bill while trying to pick up your equipment. With clear signs of only the tracker getting damaged, they easily damage the trailer that's attached just so they can bill you higher. They call out rotator tow trucks for simple tows just to furthermore increase your bill by thousands.

Terrible service! Unsupported tow charges; to every question we ask, they have an answer that serves as "take it or leave it." They do not wish for anyone to dispute their tow charges, labor and equipment. They will hold the customer's freight hostage for months, until insurance pays. The make you obtain unreasonable hold releases from the PD to just get your equipment back.<br><br>They are not willing to negotiate or work with a company; either their way or highway. Terrible customer service...but they learned how to use Chatgpt for every email response.<br><br>If PD ever dispatches them to the accident scene, expect unreasonable high bill amount that will cost tens of thousand dollars.
