  Absolutely horrible company. LX Pantos was supposed to deliver an LG Styler to my bedroom and they just plopped it into my living room. Said they don't take off the box off of the product; this was their reason for refusing to take it into the room I needed it in. Completely unprofessional. The promise made by LG is that the product will go into the desired room, and LX Pantos is unable to do this. LG should really find another company to help with their deliveries because LX Pantos obviously doesn't know and train their workers properly.

  LX Pantos was the delivery company contracted to deliver my LG washer and dryer, and my experience was unacceptable.<br><br>Over the course of more than two months, I experienced nine failed delivery attempts. Deliveries were repeatedly canceled, often with little or no explanation. Delivery windows changed without notice, scheduled deliveries never arrived, and communication was consistently poor.<br><br>I spent three entire days at home waiting for deliveries that never came. I also rearranged my schedule and canceled personal plans on multiple occasions because I was told my appliances would be delivered. On one occasion, I was told the delivery failed because I did not answer a phone call, despite never receiving one. When I requested callbacks from supervisors, I was told they would contact me, but they never did.<br><br>The final failed delivery occurred because LX Pantos attempted delivery on the wrong date after their system showed an incorrect delivery schedule.<br><br>After m

  I recently received delivery of a new washing machine from LX Pantos after purchasing it through LG's online store. The service included delivery, installation, and removal of my existing machine.<br><br>From the moment I placed the order, communication was excellent. I received timely text messages and email updates regarding delivery logistics, and the driver even called the day before delivery to confirm the appointment.<br><br>The delivery crew was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. They arrived fully prepared with the proper equipment and tools needed to safely move, install, and test the new appliance without causing any damage to my home or the washing machine.<br><br>The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
