It was great to see Dr. Yoo again, as she always has a smile on her face and always make you feel at-ease during your eye exam. The team who support her are also wonderful and personable and my check-out process was short-and-sweet. I wasn't feeling great on this visit but everyone was sympathetic and caring. Feels more like being around familiar faces than at a sterile eye place. Seeing familiar faces who know that they are doing are are super professional makes me want to continue to come back as a client.

The doctor was lovely and had a great "bedside" manner. She knows what she's doing but is also able to explain everything to her patients in an understandable way. I appreciate the transparency.

Dr. Yoo and her team made the entire experience so seamless from start to finish. Booking the appointment online was incredibly easy and convenient, and the eye exam itself was thorough without ever feeling rushed. Dr. Yoo took her time answering all of my questions, addressed my concerns thoughtfully, and made the appropriate referral to a specialist for further evaluation, which I really appreciated!<br><br>The team at Target Optical was equally wonderful and made purchasing my contact lenses such an easy process. They were incredibly helpful in navigating my insurance coverage and walked me through everything clearly.<br><br>Overall, such a great experience! From scheduling and the exam itself to ordering contacts afterward. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The convenient Target location is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yoo and her team!
