I don't know how this company is still in business if that's how their employees are. If I could give this company a negative zero star, I would. My wife and I made a reservation with this company to take our kids on vacation and Lord knows, if we knew how bad they were, we would've made a reservation with he'll instead. From the moment my wife arrived at the location, their rep Joseph started off with an attitude. He told us we were not going to get the car we reserved because of something about a credit card policy they have. When we asked what was the policy because at the time of us making the reservation, we made sure all requirements were met. We went back and forth for 30 minutes because we only had a couple of hours ahead before we left for our vacation. Mind you, we made hotel reservations and places we had scheduled for the kids to go so of course we tried our best to get the reservation we made weeks prior to this nightmare.
