I'm not sure if the restaurant has changed since then, but about two to three months ago, the budae jeongol tasted like kimchi stew diluted with water. We couldn't even finish one bowl and ended up leaving most of it.<br><br>It took about 20 minutes for the food to come out, and the side dishes were served together with the stew instead of beforehand. There was only one table besides ours, but the female host was also serving and was usually standing near the cashier, so it was hard to call her whenever we needed assistance.<br><br>The side dishes were very disappointing, and overall the food quality did not feel like proper Korean set-style dining (hansik). The restaurant seems to need significant improvement.

I have been to this restaurant four times. Up until the third visit, I really liked it.<br> However, on the fourth visit, the waiter serving us was inexperienced, and the Galbi (marinated short ribs) were dry and flavorless.<br> On my first three visits, the manager was kind and treated us very well. On the fourth visit, there was a different manager.<br> The sashimi was clearly just defrosted, served with ice crystals, and they didn't even provide the sauce. The manager didn't apologize or offer to change the dish. I was so upset that I just left.
