I became a full time Realtor over 8 years ago when I decided I wanted to control my destiny through ownership. Investing easily became a passion of mine, I currently buy/hold, rehab and participate in syndications.. As I led other businesses in the corporate world to great fiscal success and stability, I thought to myself, why not do it for yourself? I wanted to teach my son about ownership, financial independence, and how to build generational wealth. The New Jersey real estate market is INSANE and very difficult to navigate. But Tiffeny steered us through multiple bidding wars, tamed our nerves and misgivings, and ultimately landed us our dream home! We were certain that we couldn't compete in our preferred county, but with her expertise and encouragement we felt grounded in realistic options and were able to bring our ideal scenario to fruition.<br><br>The process was as seamless as it could be, we closed in less than 4 weeks, and every professional Tiffeny connected us with along the way was top tier (her network is truly phenomenal).<br><br>Tiffeny also put up with US. We were sooooo annoying! There were times when we let the volatility of the market intimidate us, and wanted to quit. There were times when we didn't agree on what kind of house we even wanted! Great experience from start to finish. Professional, thorough, and caring. She takes time to break down the details at each step and listens to your needs. I have worked with Tiffeny multiple times and she always provides top notch service. She is one the best negotiators in the business and will work to make sure you get the best deal. Tiffeny was great. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate field. She remained optimistic and was quick to make suggestions as we navigated different twists and turns in our search. She is a great realtor and a wonderful person. Highly recommend her.
