The receptionist lady has horrible manners, and experiences like this can unfortunately give some Korean clinics a bad reputation for poor service.

It was truly a pleasure visiting the clinic of Dr. John Kim. Although the clinic officially opens at 9:00 a.m., I arrived earlier without an appointment due to concern about my bloodshot left eye. Jenny was absolutely wonderful--she kindly took me in even before the doors officially opened, which immediately put me at ease.<br><br>Dr. John Kim is an exceptional ophthalmologist: compassionate, knowledgeable, and very gentle in his approach. He took the time to listen, thoroughly explained everything, and completely eased my worries. From the front staff to the physician, the entire experience was outstanding. I am very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. John Kim and his team.

Overall excellent experience. Dr. Kim was friendly, professional, compassionate, and straightforward. Being a physician myself, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kim to everyone.

Horrible front desk staff who was only taking care of their money and even doesn't care her responsibility !! Don't go !!!
