  Absolutely unacceptable experience. The receptionist repeatedly yelled at me, a patient's family member, instead of providing basic assistance. The patient is critically ill and needs to be admitted to a facility, and the required paperwork is urgently needed to make that happen.<br><br>While I am sorry the doctor was injured, the office should have had a contingency plan in place. Telling a patient that they do not need to see a doctor at this office, while continuing to yell at them, was one of the most unprofessional and disturbing experiences I have ever had.<br><br>I strongly do not recommend this office. I am also considering filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities, rather than limiting this to a Google review.

  Dr. John is genuinely wonderful, caring, and professional--which makes it deeply impressive how the front desk staff manages to ruin the entire experience before you even step foot in the building. Called to schedule a routine check-up and was treated like my existence was a personal inconvenience to the person answering the phone. If the goal of your reception desk is to practice aggressive hostility and make long-time patients feel like they're bothering you just for booking an appointment, congratulations--she deserves a promotion. 5 stars for the doctor, 0 stars for the front desk masterclass in terrible customer service.
