  I was initially interested in this community and considered it as a possible future residence. However, based on the negative experience shared with me by my friend Raj, I no longer feel comfortable considering it as an option.

  I wish I could give -5 starts!!!<br>I was a prospective resident and really wanted to move next to my dear friend Raj but that's when he shared his horrific experience with the management and THANK GOD, he saved me a year of misery.<br><br>Never moving here and would suggest everyone the same!

  Here's what happened to one resident who's lived at Central Oak since mid-2023: back in November 2024, they got an official email confirming parking spot G11 was theirs. Fast forward to this month -- management suddenly announces a parking shuffle and tells this resident to clear out of G11 by the very next day. The kicker? The new tenant's assigned spot is sitting empty right now. Instead of using that, management is pushing the burden entirely onto a resident who did nothing wrong and has held that spot for almost two years. I am a resident as well and makes me worry what management is going to decide overnight and have us change what not.

  STOP ...if you planning to move or considering to part of inland community in East Rutherford, please double check their management style: As a former resident of Central Oak (East Rutherford), I was disappointed to hear about how parking reassignment was recently handled for a friend who still lives in the community.<br><br>Back in November 2024, my friend was assigned parking spot G11 and has been using it ever since. In August 2026, they were suddenly given only one day's notice to vacate the spot due to a reassignment. The frustrating part is that the incoming tenant's assigned parking space was reportedly sitting empty and could have been used as a temporary solution.<br><br>Instead of working through a practical alternative, management expected an immediate move, despite the resident already having belongings stored and arranged based on the parking assignment they had been given. Situations like this create unnecessary stress for residents and leave the impression that decisions
