  I should start with by saying that I haven't actually tried their products. The reason for the bad review is because ive tried to order delivery from them 4 times in the last 2 weeks, and every single time, the bakery canceled my order. So im not trying again.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The Cupcake Carriage absolutely came through for my son's Armani Gabriel's birthday at the very last minute. Not only were the cupcakes delicious, but the presentation and decorations were beautiful and matched the celebration perfectly.<br><br>What really stood out was their customer service. They went above and beyond by opening the store just for me when I was in a bind. That level of kindness and dedication is rare these days.<br><br>Thank you for helping make my son's special day even sweeter. I will definitely be back and highly recommend The Cupcake Carriage to anyone looking for amazing desserts and outstanding service!

  Wow, your response is disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns publicly, you chose to send me a personal email. That feels inappropriate and unprofessional. If necessary, I'll report that to Google.<br><br>For context, the walk from the American Dream Mall parking lot to the venue is only about five minutes. By the time we arrived, the frosting had already started melting, so we had to do our best to fix the cake ourselves. That's why it looked the way it did in the photos.<br><br>Your Instagram showcases cakes in perfect condition. Try carrying one for a five-minute walk on an 80degF day and see how it holds up.<br><br>We order cakes and cupcakes all the time from other bakeries for birthdays and outdoor summer events, and we've never had frosting melt like this. This wasn't a normal expectation--it was an unusual experience.   First of all, the cupcakes were placed in the box, but the frosting was not set properly. The cream on top slid off, and I had to try to put it back myself. You can even see it in the top corner of the photo.<br><br>Second, from the parking garage at American Dream to the venue was only about a 5-minute walk. During that short walk, the frosting was already melting and the decorations were sliding off. We've celebrated birthdays for many years, including outdoor parties in the summer, and we've ordered cupcakes from many other bakeries without ever having this issue. The frosting used on these cupcakes was simply too soft.<br><br>Most importantly, this ruined my daughter's birthday presentation, which was very disappointing after paying premium prices.<br><br>Finally, instead of responding professionally to a public review, you chose to personally attack us by sending a personal email saying we don't know how to handle cupcakes. That's not appropriate behavior for a small business owne
