  I highly recommend Polkadot Cake Shop! I had a very specific vision for my daughter's first birthday cake. The theme was "one for the books," and I wanted a stack of her favorite books brought to life as a cake. Polkadot exceeded my expectations in every way. It was an absolute work of art!<br><br>So many guests couldn't believe it was actually cake, and somehow, it tasted even better than it looked! It was a highlight of the party and left a lasting impression on the guests.<br><br>Even better, family members with severe nut allergies were able to enjoy it without worry. Beautiful, delicious, and allergy-conscious, Polkadot Cake Shop truly delivered. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

  My family and I have used the Polkadot Cake Shop throughout the years--for bridal parties, baby showers, and now for my son's two year old birthday party. They make an absolutely killer cake pop, and their designs are so gorgeous. We got a ton of compliments on the little guy's cake-- even days later, when I brought the leftovers to work to share.<br><br>The team is very responsive, and even let me make some changes to my order with a good amount of lead time (think I added a dozen cake pops a month out?).<br><br>Also, loved that the cake and cake pops were made in a nut-free facility.<br><br>A small but mighty cake shop!

  The BEST cake and cookies in NJ. I have ordered them 3 years in a row for my daughter's birthday - every single time they execute perfectly on design and taste. The online book process is also very easy to navigate. I can't wait to place my order this upcoming Winter.

  We have used Polkadot Cake Shop more than 10 times over the years for everything from formal parties and special celebrations to events at home--and sometimes simply because we love their cookies!<br><br>They are always incredibly easy to work with and do an amazing job bringing our vision to life. No matter the occasion, their treats are beautiful, creative, and, most importantly, delicious. They have become our go-to for so many of our family's celebrations, and they consistently deliver.<br><br>We highly recommend Polkadot Cake Shop and look forward to many more celebrations (and plenty more cookies!) with them.

  Polkadot Cake has made some of the most gorgeous cakes for our family! They made my baby shower cake, my daughter's baptism cake, and now they're making her first birthday cake.<br><br>I give them an inspiration picture and somehow they bring it to life even better than I imagined! Their cakes are absolutely beautiful, but they also taste FANTASTIC. We always have guests asking for extra slices, and somehow we never have leftovers to take home because the cake is completely gone by the end of the party!<br><br>I also use their delivery service, and it is fantastic! It makes everything so easy and convenient, and they are always so easy to work with from start to finish.<br><br>I can't recommend Polkadot Cake enough. They are so talented, creative, and truly make every celebration extra special!

  I called for information and the lady on the phone told me to order from the website and that someone would get back at me within 48 hours. It's now 6 days since I filled out the online order and I have not gotten an email or call. I honestly don't know what to think except that they are not good with their customer service.<br>--- wow so quick to respond to the review but cant reply to an online request! You are a liar you never replied at all until now and when I called for information you lied on the phone and told me that you were not the one that made the cakes and you had no information. Very unprofessional and BTW there are better places that than this place in every single way that actually have great customer service so please do not pretend that you replied to me when you did not

  Perhaps you need to check your email. You sent a request on Thursday. I personally replied to you on Saturday TWICE that we were already fully booked. <br>You also cannot rate our food or atmosphere based on never working with us, lol<br><br>Edit- I do not answer the calls- please don't make assumptions about a business you know nothing about. I can also see every time you opened and viewed the reply email- 28 min ago, really?? Just bc you reached out too late and we were booked, doesn't give yo
