  I lived here for 13 years and would've never left if we didn't need more space. The location is great to commute to NYC (either by bus or car) and pretty central to other places in Bergen County. The building is very quiet and most of the neighbors I've encountered are nice. The building manager, Roger, is very friendly, helpful, and reliable. He takes care of the building really well so it's usually very clean and any issues that arise are handled efficiently. It was a pleasure living here (especially thanks to Roger), and I was actually really sad to leave!

  The property is very well maintained, and the manager is always quick to respond whenever something in the unit needs attention. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are high quality, which gives the apartment a more modern feel.<br><br>One of the biggest conveniences is the assigned covered parking garage, especially during the winter--you won't have to worry about clearing snow off your car. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the area feels very safe. We also appreciated having the flexibility to leave items in our garage space.<br><br>The location is another major plus, with easy access to everything you need.<br><br>We truly enjoyed living here and didn't want to leave, but we're relocating because of my wife's new job.

  I have stayed in this building from 2019 to 2026, and never had any major issues/problems. Wanted to give a special shout out to the building manager, Roger Matos, for always staying on top of things. Roger always took care of every unforeseen issue, big or small, in a timely fashion. Always taking care of the tenants, as well as the safety and maintenance of the entire building and surrounding areas. Had to move due to our growing family, and really sad to leave this place. We'll miss this place, including Roger and his family.
