    Me and my mother have been living in park view since 2010 we are absolutely terrified to go outside there's always masked man roaming around the apartments and the music they play is so loud you can't even sleep at night and they made this apartment complex into a gang called "Pvt"

    I been living in these Apts. since May 1st, 1972 These are Town Houses not bldgs. Rent goes according to Income Verification. IF You have a Low Income Family, your Rent amount would be Low. If your Income is Higher - your Rent will be Higher. Houses are very Cute and they have one, two, three & four Bedrooms Houses. Electricity is included in your rent ammount. The place in general is clean and very quite.
