  Management is horrible, for three months we are waiting to fix our stove. They came to see it, change two burners (not even original one) and said "there is nothing wrong with" while you can not maintain the heat, there is no low, med high heat only extreme high. It burned all my pots and pans and I can't simmer anything because there is no low, it makes buzzing noises when is on, definitely something wrong with the electricity.<br>And that is not all, we have mice as well. We called a few times to send exterminator, they keep saying next Friday, next Friday and still nothing. So if we have it every apartment can have it and it is disgusting. They manage to get in our pantry we had to throw food hundred's of $ worth.<br>But hey, January it is coming and nothing stops them to raise the rent every year! And every year there is a new manager and superintendent. We have been living here for over 5 years. Before all of this we had a leak in the bathroom sealing from the toilet flushing from

  !!STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!<br><br>I am writing to express my frustration regarding the frequent marijuana smoking in the vicinity of my apartment. It used to be quite infrequent previously, but lately, it has increased from happening once a month to twice and now almost every weekend.<br>While I understand that some individuals choose to use this substance, the strong odor and smoke are making it difficult for a pregnant woman like me and my spouse to enjoy our living space.<br><br>As a non-smoker couple, the smell of the weed is particularly unpleasant to us and has caused headaches and other health issues. This smell is not good for the baby as well. Additionally, the smell is affecting the air quality and making it hard to breathe. Therefore, we have to move out immediately.<br><br>We had reached out to the management regarding this issue and they just mentioned that they couldn't do anything about it.<br>I would appreciate it if the man

  I'm a first time renter and I could not be anymore happy that I rented here both jazz and gerard were both welcoming when the first time I walked into the<br>Door I have been there for just about a year now and if I needed something done by the super of the building they both got right on top of it thanx you both for making my experience amazing

  There was no availability but Jess or Jazz I think her name was still gave me a tour of the property and she was super nice and friendly. I definitely hope to move here in the future once an apartment becomes available.
