Be aware, the apartments aren't terrible, but all first floor apartments get sewage backup twice a year.<br><br>Maintenance will leave you stranded with feces in your bathtub and no one will be sent to clean it. You can email corporate but they will not answer. It happens too often for the apartment to be worth it. No tenant should be cleaning sewage out of their bathtubs/kitchen sinks when the seasons change.<br><br>Weigh this risk out heavily before accepting a first floor apartment at Kennedy gardens.
