    Probably a slightly better price than average in the area for its size, age, and lack of amenities. But the management gets -5 !!! They will raise your rent every single year, regardless of how great a tenant you are. Rent is cheaper for new tenants & told to move of i did't like it. They get two stars only because of the great superintendent that management treats like us tenants . . . Garbage. Too bad they can't just be pleasant.

    I love live in this community! All my neighbors are very friendly, Rose, the super is very supportive and efficient. Area is very safe and well located. The apartments need a renovation for sure but if you're looking for space, these apartments are just perfect!
