  These are the worst kind of thieves. Before I could get to my jewelry they stole a pair of diamond earrings during packing and we hoped that they would come safely but when we opened the box the pair of earrings were missing.

  Very unreliable. My grandmother moved from Pennsylvania to Florida and they were rarely in contact with her. They didn't move her items until the last minute, and her items were damaged. A lot of the boxes are even missing. I do not recommend using this company.

  If you have a claim post move there is no one to help you with your claim. If you do not have cash for them upon arrival at the new location they will hold your items hostage and tell you you owe them $600 more than what you were quoted and will not unload or give you access to your things until you come back with the additional cash in hand. You are completely ignored when you try to file a claim post move, their claims line does not have anyone answering the phones, it goes straight to voicemail. They quoted me two trucks, but only one showed up and then they tried to hold us accountable for a fine they received for being overweight. They insisted that we show up at the new location the next day by 8am and then they were two hours late. They broke an expensive piece of artwork (statue). The initial sales pitch was convincing, but this company is shady, stay away!

  STOPPPPPPOP PLEASEEEE STOPPPPP STAY FARRRRR AWAYYYY FROM THIS COMPANY FARRRR AWAYYY I PAID OVER $7000 AND MY BELONGINGS WAS RUINNNNNNED AND SOME WAS STOLEN I WORK SO HARD FOR MY THINGS... MY KIDS ITEMSSSS , EVERYTHING!!!!!! NO ONE ANSWER FOR YOU AFTER THEY DROP YOUR THINGS OFFF PLEASEEEE STAY FARRR AWAYYYY THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER SEENNN IN MY ENTIRE LIFEEEE, I WILL MAKE A REVIEW EVERY DAY IF I HAVE TO, TO WARN PEOPLE!!!!!!!! DONT DOOOO ITTTTTTTT PLEASEEEEEE
