  Unfortunately I had to use this "company" to move my belongings across the country as it was a somewhat last minute move and do I regret it. They will over charge you, and not deliver your property on time. The person that answers the phone whenever you call to get an update on when you will ever receive your property seems like he couldn't care less and would rather rush you off the phone by giving a 7 day window.<br><br>DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS!!!! It will be cheaper and less of a headache to rent a Mini Cooper and drive across the country one box at a time than to ever use this band of thieves.

  I had them move today. They took 2 hours to get to the destination, gave me an estimate of $1800, charged me $3700. The crew used my bathroom without asking me. Beware!

  This company is a fraud. They gave me an estimate of $1800, charged me $3700. Before the move, I called this company many times to give me a fixed amount but Peter assured me that al the most this would go $300 more but nothing beyond it. Crew came after two hours, when called office to find out Peter states he doesn't know, who is moving us and asked me to ask the crew why they are late. When arrived crew asked me to order Chinese food for them and if it's a pizza they want certain toppings on it, I ordered lunch to their like and then they also took the luxury of using my bathroom without my permission. My cleaning lady was putting things in the plastic bag that were not fragile but the crew told her they would only use boxes ignoring my unused boxes and using theirs then charged me $1000 for it. When confronted crew informed me that the gentleman with the name of Peter Susi always makes them do this. Give a lower estimate to entice the client and then over charge the customer as at

  Excellent company from beginning to end Prudential Elite Moving was great. Initially i called just for a quick quote but after speaking with Peter who was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns my mind was set on hiring Prudential Elite Moving. He set me up for an estimate the same day and the estimator came out. Moving cross country was really stressing me out but Frank and the staff at Prudential Elite Moving made sure to follow up everyday. The movers we're great. I definitely recommend this company to everyone.

  They truly know all the tricks of the trade and moved heavy furniture without damage to the walls or furniture. They were polite, friendly, and accommodating. They made my move as smooth as possible. I was very impressed. Highly recommended.

  Had a great experience with this company. The two movers I got were very friendly and fast. They arrived early and moved everything with no problem. When I had questions after the move they replied right away and made sure everything was ok. I highly recommend using this company for your move.
