  If you are thinking about leasing at the Marq I strongly encourage you look elsewhere. What is marketed as "luxury living" has unfortunately become one of the biggest headaches and worst living situations I've experienced.<br><br>The walls are paper-thin, and disrespectful tenants regularly blast music at all hours of the day and night with little to no consequence. You can hear virtually every footstep and noise from the apartment above you. It's also not uncommon to hear shouting matches and domestic disputes through the walls, and police have had to be called to the building on multiple occasions. Quiet hours are simply not respected, and the constant noise can be incredibly disruptive.<br><br>The smell of marijuana is another major issue. My hallway constantly smells like weed because residents smoke inside their units, and I have also smelled it being smoked on the property. I have complained to management about the issue, but nothing was done. It's extremely frustrating to pay a

  Love the staff. Very kind hardworking people.<br>I wish the ownership cared about our concerns re: safety & security, irresponsible dog ownership. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears with little or no follow up.

  I truly encourage you to look elsewhere, as this place has become one of the biggest headaches and nightmare of a living situation. The Marq markets itself as "luxury living," but the reality is very far from it.<br><br>The walls are paper-thin, and disrespectful tenants blast music at all hours of the day and night with zero consequence. You can hear every footstep and noise from the apartment above you. It's also not uncommon to hear shouting matches and domestic disputes through the walls, and police have had to be called to the building on multiple occasions. The quiet hours are not respected and it can be very disturbing. Many of the people who live here treat the building poorly, leaving garbage where they please, damaging community areas or smoking in their units. Despite this, management does nothing to enforce the building's own rules, as noise complaints go ignored, and problem tenants face zero accountability (unless they are late on rent or park illegally - that seems to be

  I lived here for over a year and the thin walls/ceilings will keep you up at night if you do not live on the top floor. I heard moving furniture, slamming and stomping roughly ever night. Many days it would sound like my above neighbor was working out and slamming dumbbells on the floor!! If you move here and don't take the top floor, get your ear plugs ready. The rent is high but the maintenance team (Ed and Chris) are great.

  The marq has been a great experience for me. It's clean and well maintained. The office staff is kind and helpful. Jae the property manager is amazing. Any need I may have she takes care of right away. The maintenance team is also great! I leave them a voicemail and literally not even 30 mins later they call and come up to apartment taking care of any issues I have. The cleaning staff is always in the hallways making sure to keep the building nice and smelling really nice. Overall I have no complaints. So far so good, I hope it stays this way. The location is great for me, and for a two bed room my apartment is such a nice spacious space with a lot of natural lighting. I am happy!

  I had a wonderful experience living at The Marq Teaneck. The location is excellent, with easy access to Route 4, making it very convenient to get around.<br><br>What truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. They made me and my family feel welcome throughout our stay.<br><br>We are leaving with many happy memories and are truly grateful for the time we spent here. I highly recommend The Marq Teaneck to anyone looking for a comfortable home with outstanding management and a great location.
