  Such a pleasure living here!<br>We happen to have the best neighbors that communicate and look out for each other.<br><br>We also live in one of the units above the gym, if your considering moving in and concerned about the noise rest easy knowing you cant really hear much at all.<br><br>Management is easy to talk to and if anything ever needs to be fixed the super is on it extremely fast.<br><br>Thanks for everything so far! We absolutely love it here.

  We moved in two months ago and are super happy!<br>Property manager the best of the best!<br>Super - excellent!!<br>If you ever need anything, it's taken care of ASAP!!<br>Apartments are new and beautiful. We feel like We live in a hotel!!<br><br>Five star Plus

  River Commons is a beautifully designed brand new apartment building. The units here are huge compared to other buildings, and have a ton of great in-unit features like a second floor, laundry room (compared to the tiny laundry room closets most places have), 2 bathrooms, double kitchen sink and dishwashers and TONS of closet space! Marcy has been so amazing to work with and so responsive to any and all questions we've had. Would definitely recommend!

  We recently signed a lease to move in here. Marcy was fantastic to say the least. The apartment is gorgeous and built extremely well, they didn't cheap out. I met a few of the neighbors, everyone seems really nice. Also plenty of parking and a great restaurant right next door!
