Came here for the raw crabs and shrimps and I was disappointed. The crabs were tiny and didn't taste fresh at all. For the price, I was expecting better quality seafood and service.

Had a fantastic experience at Ahjae Gookbap in Fort Lee. This is the kind of Korean restaurant that really hits the spot when you're craving something hearty, comforting, and full of flavor. Their signature gookbap has such a rich, deep broth, and the generous portions make it feel like a genuinely satisfying meal.<br><br>I also love how much more there is to explore beyond the soup. The soy-marinated crab, oyster pancake, gamjatang, and other traditional dishes make this a really interesting spot for anyone who enjoys authentic Korean food. The menu has a great combination of comforting classics and dishes that you don't find everywhere.<br><br>The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service was friendly throughout my visit. There's something very homey about the experience--it feels like the kind of food you're supposed to sit down and really enjoy.<br><br>Ahjae Gookbap is definitely worth checking out if you're in Fort Lee and want authentic Korean comfort food. Staff was friendly, patient and helpful. Food was at great temperature when served. Galbi was very flavorful and juicy.
