    The "customer service" person working in this gas station was not helpful at all. He was focused o the phone conversation (and spoke with "gas" customers) not on the customer. U-haul truck I rented was dirty in the back and in the cabin. Steering wheel was sticky and so disgusting to touch. Stay away from this place!!!

    Guy barely spoke English. No assistance provided with trailer hookup. Had to speak to someone over the phone to confirm the reservation. No one in person there could do it. Lights on trailer did not work. I returned the trailer a couple of hours late due to the lights on the trailer not working and was charged an entire extra day.
