  I came here today, Sunday afternoon around 2 PM, and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience with an employee an older woman with white hair tied in a ponytail.<br><br>The laundromat was extremely busy, and I was using one of the blue carts because I had several large bags and there were no other carts or available space for me to put my belongings. While I was sitting down and minding my own business, this employee approached me and immediately began arguing with me about the cart. She did not greet me or politely ask about it. Instead, she came over with a rude and confrontational attitude, telling me that there were other carts and that I needed to give up the one I was actively using for another customer.<br><br>I found the way she approached and spoke to me completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I have been coming to this laundromat for more than five years and have never felt this uncomfortable simply trying to do my laundry. Customers should be able to come here, ta

  One of the better ones and clean in this area they have air conditioning and the staff cleans the machines they are really nice here I will continue coming to this one

  Very nice, clean place, everything is fine, very good service, but in this cold weather there's no heating and it's freezing inside, especially if you have children; they start shivering. They should fix that problem, otherwise people will look elsewhere for better service.

  customer had his dog on the folding tables and no one said anything to him. absolutely disgusting to have an animal where people fold clean clothes, especially when people have allergies.<br><br>edit: they did add the signs but they are not enforced. a family brought in a dog and the laundry attendant was petting it instead of enforcing the no pets policy. at least this one wasn't on the folding tables.

  Thank you so much for the feedback. We completely agree there should not be animals in a sanitary place. We have recently posted signs saying now pets allowed. Please accept our apologies.

  If anybody can agree with me, please bring back the bonuses I was coming to do laundry with a $20 dollar bill just to find out that the owner never told any of the customers aka (Me) as well that he/she took them away without letting us know.
