If I can give this place a zero I would. It's called "family laundry". I started moving fast and loading my clothes when I get ready to add the detergent I see the top including the part to open has dead bugs on it. On both machine about 30 bugs. Also one had detergent spilled powder and liquid. I wish I took pictures. I never seen anything like it. Here is the zero part. I asked the attendant to wipe it down. I already loaded 3 machines that cost $7. She said, "no I'm folding clothes. The lady will be here in 30 minutes to clean all machines. I asked for a rag to do it myself. She refused. I unloaded my clothes and left. You can't charge that much and have no trained customer service, staff doing spot checks all night. Don't go there. It's a better one in Elmwood Park, 429 Market Street. It's not 24 hours but they are nice and cleaning all the time.
