  Annmarie did an incredible job helping me with the sale of a condo in a 55+ community. She offered specific and helpful suggestions from our first discussion about it and followed through with smart recommendations and helpfulness right up to listing the unit. Her intuitions on the listing date and Open House date proved to be spot on. The layout and access of the unit made an open house for one realtor tricky, yet Annmarie's ability to connect with potential buyers, handle an intense and busy showing with confidence, and still make it fun was a win for me. I was able to look over offers knowing that Annmarie would give me the best advice I could get in the final phase of selling the condo. I've worked with Annmarie before and have known her in her profession for many years. If you are buying or selling in this area, she is an asset in offering the best advice with extensive knowledge of the home buying/selling process and you'll really enjoy working with her.   Annmarie was our buying agent when we bought our house in Redding. Then she helped us selling it some years later. She knows every corner of this town. Her experience and no-nonsense demeanor makes her a valuable advisor to anyone doing real estate transactions in this area. She has a network of services like decorators, staging, inspectors, contractors all highly qualified so when you are in need she is there. Can't recommend her enough.

  What a great and enjoyable experience we had with Annmarie! Wonderfull person, very well informing, educating and taking care of our family along the way in purchasing our first property. If you didn't get the chance to work with her, ask and look for her, you'll not just purchase/sell a property, you'll enjoy doing it. At least five !!!

  In the last 4 years, I have completed 2 real estate purchases with the guidance of Annmarie Del Franco. In both instances she exceeded my expectations by miles! She is personable, patient, professional and always had my best interest at heart. As a 24-year-old "newbie", Annmarie guided me through the entire process and was quick to point out "issues" for my awareness. She was equally helpful in my recent 4/2024 purchase. Annmarie will definitely be a part of my next real estate venture.

  Annmarie was there for us in every way. As first time buyers she educated us on the process, what to look for, what questions to ask. She was there whenever we needed her. I recommend working with Annmarie for any prospective buyer!!
