Working with Ronee Cowen was an outstanding experience from start to finish! She went above and beyond to find us the right house and vetted all listings before even bringing them to our attention and found a hidden gem in an area we hadn't even considered. Her professionalism, insight, and genuine care made all the difference. Ronee is dedicated, patient, and goes the extra mile for her clients-- I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Worse experienced ever!!!<br>Too bad I can't give no start for a review.<br>Is anyone ever recommends this office to you, run the other way, do your own deep/good research on the management staff as well as realtors. Don't take their word for anything, have everything is hard copy, take your time, sign in person, read every little line with this office. This office is all about the commission, not the clients best interests, they lack respect, communication, and values!<br>I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Had a very bad experience with a "seller Agent" Michele Milton who had listed a property for sale with erroneous and serious false information/description of the property for sale! She obviously hadn't done her 'homework' before listing this property. On inspection by professionals (and an easy inspection of the documents/records kept by the county) and when confronted with the correct information, refused to accept the finding! This is a fraudulent practice and puts the onus of finding the truth on the buyer - I guess the phrase 'caveat emptor' (let the buyer beware) should be placed on all the Coldwell Banker's listing!
